Work alongside experience team members while expanding your knowledge base to further develop your skills. The HRIS & Compensation Intern will learn and develop skills in a real-world Human Resources Compensation, Systems and Compliance environment. Assists in completing in-depth reviews, analysis, and interpretations of various forms of compensation and systems data to identify trends and help resolve discrepancies. Assists in updating and ongoing maintenance of HRIS and Compensation related documentation, processes, procedures, and training materials. Assists in the data integrity in our HRIS (ADP) by auditing and entering employee paperwork, updating employee data and conducting periodic audits. Works with confidential employee data to provide administrative support to the Compensation and Systems Team. Documents processes and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Completes related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.What We Will Require:Must be at least a sophomore, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Information Systems, or other relevant majors. Intermediate level, or above, experience with Excel (ex: VLookUps, Pivot Tables, data visualization, etc.). Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform detailed work with various types of data rapidly and accurately. Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle sensitive/confidential information. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have good listening skills and be self-motivated.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Interest in Human Resources Systems and Compensation.
