Job Description
The Industrial Security Specialist II under the direction of the Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) will assist with maintaining and managing the overall security posture of the Elbit America Headquarters and Fort Worth facilities to ensure compliance with United States Departments of Defense and State requirements as presented in 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 (“NISPOM Rule”) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) respectively.
Responsibilities and Tasks (listed in bullet format) in order of priority to be successful
Direct and manage the identification system for all employees, service and technical representatives, contractors and visitors to the company.
Provide and manage the security officer services at the company; assuring that the facility is protected and controlled.
Provide support to all industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security regulations.
Provide written and oral communication to all site staff relative to security requirements.
Participate in investigations involving fraud, theft, sabotage, espionage, subversive activities or employee misconduct.
Ensures that the security policies and procedures which outline security regulations for employees is maintained.
Ensures that post orders and work instructions for security officers are maintained.
Ensures that standard practices are designed, established and used for all industrial security functions.
Help provide interpretation of the standard practices as they relate to industrial security. Assist with the receipt and processing of visit request and contact reports required by the Special Security Agreement and Visitation Approval Procedure Agreement.
Provides information for the quarterly report to the Government Security Committee (GSC).
Is aware of the use of classified information systems.
Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Evokes security actions as needed to remain in compliance with all security policies.

Qualifications
Education, Experience & License or Certification
Associate's degree is preferred
High School diploma or GED is required
Specific Degree Field Required: Industrial Security.
Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position):
Skills and Abilities
Effectively communicate with site staff and Managers.
Initiate and follow through to completion special projects.
Ability to implement written company-wide security policies and procedures.
Ability to conduct comprehensive security audits.
Ability to assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
