Role Overview: As a Tenant Services Specialist at Superior Home Buyers, you will be an integral part of the property management process, dealing with a wide range of responsibilities that require resourcefulness and a strong presence. Your role will involve driving from property to property, changing locks, boarding up windows, assisting with tenant relocations, and capturing property iGUIDES. This position demands someone who can handle a variety of tasks, stay organized under pressure, and remain composed in challenging situations. Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Driving to various properties and performing essential tasks such as changing locks, securing properties, and boarding up windows. • Assisting with tenant moves and relocations when necessary. • Conducting door-knocking and engaging with tenants in a professional, empathetic manner. • Managing property inspections and handling any immediate property needs. • Utilizing a company-provided car and gas card while maintaining a clean driving record. • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while handling sensitive situations. • Managing your own priorities and working independently in the field, making decisions on the spot as needed. Qualifications: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. • Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required (training will be provided). Bonus Points: • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Experience in the real estate industry. • Experience with iGUIDES. Compensation: $60,000+ yearly
