We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Team Lead to join our team. As the Security Team Lead, you will oversee all security officers of our sites. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety and security field.
Responsibilities
Implement safety and security policies and procedures
Hire, train, and supervise security personnel
Understand the security needs of the organization
Implement security procedures for specific events
Review incident reports created by security personnel
Resolve security breaches or incidents
others
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Security Team Lead or in a similar role
Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)
Understanding of best practices in security protocols
Experience with emergency response planning
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
High level of integrity
Excellent leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
