Position Summary: As a Security/Bouncer, you’ll ensure the safety of our guests and staff, enforce house policies, and create a welcoming environment. You'll manage crowd control, verify IDs, prevent outside food or beverages from being brought in, and address any disturbances with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Greet and monitor patrons as they enter and exit the premises.

Verify IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.

Check for and prevent outside food or beverages from being brought into the bar.

Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior and ensure crowd safety.

De-escalate situations calmly and effectively if conflicts arise.

Assist staff in enforcing house rules and policies.

Communicate with management or law enforcement if necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in security, crowd management, or a similar role is required.

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Dependable, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Must be available to work both Friday and Saturday night shifts.

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks if needed.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Security license is not required, but experience is a plus.
