What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Experience Advocate: ● Become a pro at understanding our clients’ products, pricing, and promotions, and confidently communicate their value to customers. ● Engage with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and highlight what sets our clients apart from the competition. ● Recommend tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and sharing relevant products, services, and promotions. ● Seamlessly complete new customer account setups with accuracy, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. ● Log and monitor customer interactions, sharing insights and ideas with the team to continuously elevate the customer experience. ● Brainstorm innovative ways to enhance sales processes and customer engagement for even greater efficiency and results. ● Participate in immersive sales training programs to sharpen your skills, grow your expertise, and master proven sales strategies.
