What You’ll Do

• Patient Evaluation & Care

* Assess physical capabilities and develop personalized, goal-driven care plans.
* Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and innovative treatments to reduce pain and improve mobility.

• Empower & Educate

* Guide patients and families on the benefits of physical therapy, supporting them through every step of their recovery journey.

• Collaborate for Success

* Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare pros to create a seamless, team-oriented approach to patient care.

• Detailed Documentation

* Keep comprehensive records and ensure clear communication with the care team to support each patient’s progress.

• Professional Growth

* Stay up-to-date on the latest in physical therapy through continuous learning and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed PT : Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Home Health Experience : Minimum of one year preferred.
• Skills to Succeed : Compassionate communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
