    We are seeking a highly skilled admin tech. with expertise in progress billing, and extensive knowledge of QuickBooks. Experience with construction RFI's CO's and PO's a must.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Help Manage progress billing processes efficiently and accurately

    • Great customer service/phone skills

    • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records and generate reports

    • Provide Parts Purchasing support for multiple ongoing projects

    • Help maintain reports to field supers, and CEO

    • Able to help run the office

    Requirements:

    -Purchasing agent experience and Inventory programs

    • A/P, processing PO's and RFI's

    • Extensive experience working with QuickBooks and proficiency in Excel and Word.

    • A understanding of California prevailing wage laws and Davis-Bacon Act A PLUS

    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and can be stressful
