JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting and support.  This position will require an “on the job” supervised training period.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Solve computer related problems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• In charge of generating and working helpdesk tickets in ticketing system
• Inventory management and updates
• Understanding and ability to troubleshoot SelectCare and all other software used.
• Understanding and ability to troubleshoot Five9 components.
• Creation or deletion of badge access to the Kansas building.
• Assist in monitoring networked computer equipment.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the computer telephony interface environment
• Departmental moves
• Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of internal software

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications
• In-depth knowledge of PC's and operating systems
• Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of internal software
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to build solid customer relationships
• Familiarity with Call Center Environments
• Team player

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school degree required and Bachelor's degree desirable
• Working knowledge and experience with PC imaging
