    Position Title:  L1 Help Desk Analyst

    Location: Norcross, GA

    Position Status: Full Time, Contract to Hire

    ALL EMPLOYEES MUST ALREADY BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 BEFORE BEGINNING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

    Position Description:

    This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in Information Technology.

    You will provide 3 levels of support for all 6,500 Stores. You will work with systems such as Hardware Support and business unit support such as accounting, time sheets, inventory…etc

    • Customer service background is a must.
    • Some of the necessary skills include:
    • Five9 Call Center phone software
    • ServiceNow Ticketing System
    • Linux/Unix
    • SQL
    • POS experience is a plus as well.
