Senior AWS Cloud Network Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AWS Cloud Network Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud network architectures on AWS.

Implement and manage AWS networking services including VPC, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.

Ensure network security and compliance with best practices and standards.

Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible.

Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.

Parse and extract data from XML files to support network configurations and automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.

Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical leadership.

Stay updated with the latest AWS services and networking technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience in network engineering.

3+ years of experience in AWS cloud networking.

AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty.

Strong XML parsing skills using tools and libraries.

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

In-depth knowledge of AWS networking services and concepts (e.g., VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, etc.).

Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Leadership and project management skills are often required for senior roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

AWS Certified Security - Specialty.

Other relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
