    Position Summary

    The Senior Account Manager will play a vital role in client account management, focusing on customer service, sales support, and retention. This individual will work in alignment with our customer service strategy to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to company growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage assigned tasks from Cancellation, Renewal, and Termination audits in Performology.

    Oversee To-dos and Xdates in eAgent, making assignments as necessary.

    Support growth and retention by following the agency’s customer service strategies.

    Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person.

    Resolve client requests, questions, and concerns effectively.

    Contact clients for billing issues, policy questions, or updates.

    Schedule insurance reviews to ensure client policies meet their needs.

    Collect and record premium payments accurately.

    Document client conversations and policy changes in eAgent.

    Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

    Escalate customer service concerns to the relevant stakeholders.

    Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Agency Manager or Sales Director.

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience in insurance sales and service, with a strong focus on customer relations.

    Licensed in Colorado Personal Lines required; Property and Casualty license preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    2+ years of insurance experience, with prior Allstate or State Farm experience as a plus.

    Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
