As the Senior Account Manager for Multi-Family Housing Industry, you will be at the forefront of managing accounts, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales approaches. You will also coordinate with teammates to deliver solutions that meet our clients’ needs and identify opportunities to grow accounts in multi-family construction throughout the Pacific Northwest. We seek a detail-oriented individual who excels both independently and collaboratively with our team and customers.
Region 6 Security is the premier electronic systems integrator in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in a range of services including A/V, EV, video surveillance, networking, wireless access points, access control, fire alarm systems, distributed antennae systems (DAS), and intrusion detection systems. Position Requirements:
· Build a sales pipeline and continually research industry trends.
· Identify, target, and initiate contact with existing clients to promote our full range of services and expand account scope.
· Attract new clients by showcasing Region 6 and our comprehensive capabilities.
· Retain clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
· Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
· Effectively utilize sales tools (CRM, estimating software) for reporting and estimating.
· Provide exceptional customer support to clients in the Region 6 portfolio.
Education and Experience:
· Valid Washington State Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
· Minimum of three (3) years of relevant sales experience, with large account portfolios in multi-family preferred.
· Experience in both project management and estimating preferred.
· Must pass a criminal background check.
· High School diploma or equivalent certification from a college or AA.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Working Conditions:
· Entry-level understanding of low voltage technologies and cloud-based services such as access control, fire alarm systems, A/V systems, networks, security alarms, and surveillance cameras.
· Familiarity with the workflow and networking opportunities in the multi-family sector.
· Ability to work in person, with some travel required.
· Capability of navigating construction site hazards and lift 20 pounds.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERPs and CRMs.
Benefits & Compensation:
· Base salary $90,000 annually, with commission and annual quota target bonus in addition.
