One of our clients based in Baltimore is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing team. Hybrid Opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Financial statement preparation.
• Assist with GL, month end close, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
• Assist with an ERP conversion.
• Perform variance analysis and identify/resolve discrepancies.
• Provide critical financial reports to management team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance/streamline policies and procedures.
• Maintain internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Continuous drive for process improvement.
• Detailed-oriented.
