Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. You will play a key role in analyzing and managing the cost of goods sold, ensuring accurate product costing, and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Product costing analysis (standard vs. actual costs)
• Variance analysis (labor, materials, overhead)
• Inventory valuation & reconciliation
• Cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis & reporting
• Support for production planning & budgeting
• Process improvement & efficiency enhancements within the cost accounting function

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Detail-oriented, high accuracy
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus

Compensation: 100k-115k
