Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Efficiently manage Customer Subledgers (AR) through meticulous research and clearance of valid entries.
• Take charge of managing aged AR to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage inventory reconciliation processes for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Process requests consistently with a high level of accuracy.
• Analyze and research any discrepancies, providing effective resolutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of accounting skills and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is between $75k and $85k, depending on experience.
