MVP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the corporate finance team of a mission-driven, senior living organization known for promoting exceptional quality of life for both residents and staff. In this key role, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts and bank statements, reviewing financials, tracking fixed assets, and supporting year-end audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, and solid proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
