About:

A dynamic and growing investment management company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Investment Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will support fund accounting, financial reporting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting functions.

Salary: $90k - $115k (higher salary dependent on experience) + 10% bonus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Record fund cash activity and manage fund distributions.
• Review property financials, acquisitions, and capital calls.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial statement preparation.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of financial accounting experience (real estate/private equity preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting; Yardi experience a plus.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
