Senior Analyst
About the Role:
As a Senior Analyst - Project Reporting - you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health of our growing portfolio of non-regulated assets. You'll partner closely with business leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting, adhering to both internal and external financial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including debt service coverage ratios, for assigned projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including debt investors, equity investors, external auditors, and vendors.
- Financial Analysis: Oversee analytical reviews of project results, communicating findings to internal management and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to debt covenants and new accounting standards.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- CPA certification preferred
- Public accounting experience (Big Four/large regional) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial consolidation, limited liability company/partnership accounting, financial reporting, and general accounting.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with financial applications (e.g., OneStream, Cubes) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
