Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all accounting operations, providing advanced financial insights for the company and its diverse clientele. This senior role is crucial in ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations while driving business growth through precise and insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing both local and international clients, with a particular emphasis on Mexican businesses, and will demonstrate exceptional capability in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of accounting activities, from hands-on financial management to providing high-level strategic guidance. You will initially manage key financial and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, with a focus on adherence to GAAP and other relevant financial regulations. As the primary point of contact for clients—especially those expanding into the U.S. market—you will also offer expert support in international transactions, optimizing cross-border financial strategies between the U.S. and Mexico.
As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will take on significant leadership responsibilities, including the recruitment, training, and management of accounting staff as the team grows. You will be expected to set high performance standards and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with company formation, particularly for Mexican businesses entering the U.S. market, and will oversee all aspects of tax preparation and compliance.
This position is ideal for a seasoned bilingual (English and Spanish) accounting professional with a proven track record in client management, financial analysis, and team leadership. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company and its clients, driving both financial success and business expansion.
Why Join
Joining our client’s team offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing firm dedicated to delivering top-tier financial services, particularly for Mexican companies expanding into the U.S. market. As they build their presence, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of their operations, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring their clients receive unparalleled service. Your contributions will have a direct impact on both the growth of the firm and the success of their clients, making this a highly rewarding role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
In addition to playing a key role in the company’s early growth, you will have the chance to work closely with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of financial management across borders. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about accounting, enjoys client interaction, and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities as our client expands their team. If you are looking for a position where you can make a tangible difference and grow alongside a forward-thinking firm, this is the perfect opportunity.
