    The Senior Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the organization to ensure its smooth operation and continued success. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency while leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Collaborate with relevant teams to support daily financial transactions and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance

    · Partner across departments to develop and refine operational strategies and processes, driving efficiency and scalability throughout the organization.

    · Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.

    · Work closely with the tax team to ensure smooth coordination during the annual tax preparation process, ensuring compliance and timely submission of all required filings.

    · Contribute to aligning financial goals with operational objectives by supporting department heads in their planning and execution efforts.

    · Participate in monitoring cash flow, financial performance, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

    · Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets and promote accountability.

    · Coordinate and communicate effectively with external vendors, auditors, and financial institutions to support organizational objectives.

    · Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

    · Work alongside internal teams to promote financial and operational goals while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

    · Other related accounting or administrative tasks as necessary

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    · CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

    · 5+ years of experience in a senior financial/operational leadership role.

    · Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

    · Experience with strategic planning, budget development, and operational efficiency.

    · Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    · Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (QuickBooks experience is preferred).

    · High level of integrity, transparency, confidentiality and professionalism.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    · This Position reports to: Administrative and Clinical Manager

    · This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required.

    · This role requires open availability to work overtime whenever it is necessary.

    · The position is based in a standard office environment with frequent use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings or training sessions.

    Estimated Rate of Pay:

    $50,000 – $55,000 annually
