Responsibilities: • Engage directly with off-market property sellers in Kansas City to negotiate purchase offers on behalf of Turning Point Homes. • Create positive outcomes for sellers through empathetic negotiations and impactful interactions. • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential sellers in Kansas City, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective deal management. • Build trust with sellers by addressing objections and guiding them towards mutually beneficial agreements. • Document all seller interactions meticulously using Salesforce Left Main (powered by Stephanie Betters) to maintain accurate records and track deals effectively. • Refine sales skills by mastering Turning Point Homes' proven sales strategies and best practices. • Participate in daily training sessions and commit to continuous improvement to contribute to a culture of excellence at Turning Point Homes. Qualifications: • Passion for closing impactful deals and excelling in a competitive sales environment is a must. • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or sales, with a preference for those familiar with creative financing or storage acquisitions. Alternatively, 2+ years of B2C high-ticket sales experience is acceptable. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in engaging over the phone, are essential. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related fields is preferred. Compensation: $60,000 - $180,000
