    Position Overview:

    T12 Technologies is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join our team on a PRN (as-needed-to-full-time basis). The coach will be responsible for providing expert consulting, coaching, and training on Agile methodologies to enhance software development practices. This role is critical in guiding teams and organizations through Agile transformations, identifying and addressing impediments, and ensuring best practices are followed. The Agile Coach will work closely with leadership, development teams, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Agile Consulting & Coaching: Guide teams, leadership, and stakeholders in adopting Agile values, principles, and best practices. Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams, ensuring proper implementation of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and DevOps. Advise leadership on Agile transformation strategies and scaling Agile across multiple teams or departments. Conduct maturity assessments to measure Agile adoption and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

    Training & Development: Design and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops for teams, product owners, Scrum Masters, and executives. Develop customized training materials to address specific Agile adoption challenges within the organization. Foster a learning environment by promoting Agile communities of practice and mentorship programs.

    Impediment Identification & Resolution: Identify and address systemic challenges that hinder Agile adoption, such as cultural resistance, process inefficiencies, or tool limitations. Facilitate conflict resolution and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth Agile implementation. Support teams in resolving dependencies and aligning Agile processes with business goals.

    Process Improvement & Agile Governance: Work with PMOs, leadership, and development teams to define Agile governance models and metrics. Introduce and refine Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Advocate for Agile metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.

    Change Management & Leadership Support: Assist in Agile transformation initiatives, guiding executives and senior leaders through organizational change. Provide thought leadership on Agile best practices, industry trends, and emerging methodologies. Promote a mindset shift towards Agile values such as customer collaboration, adaptability, and iterative delivery.

    Team Leadership & Mentorship (if applicable): Lead and mentor junior Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and Agile practitioners. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within Agile teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on Agile adoption and scaling strategies.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology).

    Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Agile coaching, Agile transformation, or Agile software development. Strong

    experience with multiple Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and DevOps practices.

    Proven track record of leading Agile transformations within organizations of varying sizes and industries.

    Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies, such as:

    Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

    Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

    ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)

    PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

    Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
