Senior Analyst, Supply Chain

Banyan Search is helping a wonderful and growing company in their search for a Senior Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain. This newly created role addresses a crucial need for advanced data analytics within our supply chain operations, with a specific focus on inventory optimization and Sales and Operations Planning.

Why This Role Matters:

You'll be instrumental in transforming our supply chain data into actionable insights that drive margin improvement and operational efficiency. Working closely with our Sales and Merchandising analytics teams, you'll help optimize our network across multiple facilities and strengthen cross-functional connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inventory optimization initiatives using advanced data analysis techniques
• Drive network optimization across our multi-facility operations in the US, Canada, and potential international locations
• Extract and analyze data from NetSuite and other ERP systems to inform strategic business decisions
• Support and enhance the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
• Develop and present recommendations with clear ROI analysis and financial implications
• Build standard data exports and reporting frameworks for analytics tools
• Create data visualizations that effectively communicate supply chain insights
• Strengthen cross-functional supply chain connectivity to increase organizational margin

  
  What You Bring:

• Strong financial acumen with ability to understand and communicate financial implications of decisions
• Expertise in data extraction and cleaning, particularly from NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, especially Tableau
• Experience building standardized data exports for analytics tools
• Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
• Proven ability to analyze data quickly and communicate findings clearly
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated success in fast-paced environments
