Senior Architect
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $100k to $130k

Join a well-established architecture and engineering firm in Minneapolis's western suburbs as a Senior Architect. In this role, you will lead project teams in delivering healthcare and public projects. You'll be the primary client contact, managing schedules, budgets, and project scope to meet the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Determines project scope and fee
• Works on proposals and subcontracts
• Facilitates client meetings and presentations.
• Leads project teams consisting of architectural and engineering staff and coordinates project efforts throughout all phases
• Manages client budgets, schedules, and programs.
• Participates in project reviews.
• Business development activities

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect
• Previous healthcare project experience
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with progressive advancement.
• Proven experience leading project teams of internal and external professionals.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Deltek, and Autodesk products.
• Effective communication and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and construction methodologies.
