    Our busy firm is seeking an experienced architect to help bring clients’ dreams to life! You will work with clients and project managers to ensure all considerations are integrated into the design. You will use your CAD skills to create detailed construction documents and oversee the build process to make sure the clients’ quality and cost expectations are met. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working on residential construction projects. Exceptional communication, project management, and drawing skills are a must. Responsibilities: • Collaborate throughout the project with project managers and clients to ensure the end product meets the client’s quality and budget expectations • Design drawings and renderings and revise designs based on feedback • Communicate design intent specifications clearly and ensure quality control through site visits with construction professionals • Furnish design proposals and construction documents containing technical drawings and specifications sufficient for construction and cost estimating • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations • Mentor and guide junior architects and interns • Conduct site visits and inspections to coordinate with contractors, serve as liaison between the office and building department officials • Coordinate consultant drawings (structural engineer, civil engineer, landscape architect, etc.) with architectural design and technical drawings • Can be relied upon to present directly to the client technical and design solutions • Works closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans • Coordinate with the Project Manager to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery Qualifications: • Certification as a registered architect in the state of Missouri required • Professional degree in Architecture plus ten years minimum of related experience • Excellent project management skills, as well as strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills • Strong portfolio of complex residential projects • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Required software proficiency: AutoDesk, Autocad, Trimple Sketchup, Revu Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred software proficiency: AutoDesk, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator Compensation: $85,000 - $98,000 yearly
