You will use your CAD skills to create detailed construction documents and oversee the build process to make sure the clients’ quality and cost expectations are met. Responsibilities: • Collaborate throughout the project with project managers and clients to ensure the end product meets the client’s quality and budget expectations • Design drawings and renderings and revise designs based on feedback • Communicate design intent specifications clearly and ensure quality control through site visits with construction professionals • Furnish design proposals and construction documents containing technical drawings and specifications sufficient for construction and cost estimating • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations • Mentor and guide junior architects and interns • Conduct site visits and inspections to coordinate with contractors, serve as liaison between the office and building department officials • Coordinate consultant drawings (structural engineer, civil engineer, landscape architect, etc.) with architectural design and technical drawings • Can be relied upon to present directly to the client technical and design solutions • Works closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans • Coordinate with the Project Manager to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery Qualifications: • Certification as a registered architect in the state of Missouri required • Professional degree in Architecture plus ten years minimum of related experience • Excellent project management skills, as well as strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills • Strong portfolio of complex residential projects • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Required software proficiency: AutoDesk, Autocad, Trimple Sketchup, Revu Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred software proficiency: AutoDesk, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator Compensation: $85,000 - $98,000 yearly
