A leading real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Senior Associate - Asset Management to oversee property performance, financial analysis, and strategic asset planning for a portfolio of affordable housing properties. This role partners with leadership to drive portfolio growth, ensure compliance, and optimize financial returns.

What You'll Do:
Monitor and analyze property performance, identifying opportunities to improve financial returns
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned properties
Maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and property management teams
Ensure regulatory compliance, tax payments, and escrow funding
Assist with due diligence, refinancing, acquisitions, and portfolio growth
Support the transition of projects from Development to Operations
