Our client is a boutique commercial litigation firm focused on business disputes, corporate and contracts, employment counseling and litigation, and general civil litigation. We are looking for a Senior Associate and/or a Junior Partner that's hungry to grow their career. 

What are the responsibilities?

• Own all phases of a diverse portfolio of civil cases.
• Be client facing and work with an entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude.
• Managing or being a part of a litigation team consisting of junior associates, paralegals, and supervising attorneys.
• Handling all phases of litigation from investigation to trial and appeal, including delegating responsibilities to and accepting responsibilities from other members of the team.

What are the minimum requirements? 

• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Operate with high standards; while the firm doesn't require large billables like Big Law they do win cases like they're in the big leagues.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Adaptability and capacity to perform under stress.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
