• Draft wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
• Review and oversee third-party preparation of estate planning documents
• Draft simple 709 and 706 tax returns
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and objectives
• Communicate complex legal concepts to clients clearly
• 3+ years of experience, with a focus on estate planning
• Experience with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients is a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Spanish/Portuguese bilingual skills are strongly preferred
