Responsibilities: • Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings Qualifications: • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school Compensation: $165,000+ yearly DOE
