    Do you have a successful track record representing clients and are interested in mentoring the next generation of legal professionals? Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, and notices, and working toward a resolution. You will also have extensive experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and real estate matters. Responsibilities: • Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses • Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts • Create and review estate plans, probate and guardianship and real estate documents. • Attend Veterans benefits hearings, as needed. • The Senior Attorney may also conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and serve as the principal contact between the Firm and its clients Qualifications: • Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) • Admitted to local and state bar associations Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly

    • Create and review estate plans, probate and guardianship and real estate documents. • Attend Veterans benefits hearings, as needed. • The Senior Attorney may also conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and serve as the principal contact between the Firm and its clients • When delegated by the Partners, the Senior Attorney may prospect for new clients through marketing, networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements
