This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Corporate Attorney at Seck & Associates LLC. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney with at least four years of relevant experience to take on a leadership role within our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and providing general counsel to tech startups. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex legal transactions, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to the strategic growth of our firm which has a goal of tripling in size over the next two years. Responsibilities: • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of junior attorneys, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality legal work. • Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary legal advisor and ensuring their needs are met with expert legal solutions. • Transactional Work : Oversee and manage complex mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other significant corporate transactions from inception to completion. • General Counsel Services : Provide outsourced general counsel services to tech startups, including advising on corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and other legal matters. • Business Development : Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities, participating in marketing efforts, and expanding the firm's client base. • Strategic Planning : Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring the firm's continued success and market positioning. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the state bar and in good standing. • A minimum of four years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and general counsel services for tech startups. • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities. • Excellent client management and communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $125,000-$200,000
