About the Role:
Our client, a dynamic digital agency, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to take the lead in managing Amazon client accounts. This role requires an individual who is highly strategic and customer-focused, with a proven track record in leading account strategies and driving revenue growth. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, negotiating agreements, and executing on initiatives that align with both client goals and the company’s financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the account management function for a portfolio of client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Drive client sales goals by developing and executing effective account strategies.
Negotiate agreements to maximize profitability and business growth.
Provide ongoing reports and analysis to clients, ensuring transparency on key metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Track performance metrics and work with clients to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist with QBR/ABR’s and strategic business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
4+ years of experience as the primary contact for clients.
4+ years of eCommerce/Amazon experience, with a deep understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Must have previous experience with Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Excellent communication skills across all channels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong attention to detail.
