    About the Role:

    Our client, a dynamic digital agency, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to take the lead in managing Amazon client accounts. This role requires an individual who is highly strategic and customer-focused, with a proven track record in leading account strategies and driving revenue growth. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, negotiating agreements, and executing on initiatives that align with both client goals and the company’s financial targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the account management function for a portfolio of client accounts.

    • Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

    • Drive client sales goals by developing and executing effective account strategies.

    • Negotiate agreements to maximize profitability and business growth.

    • Provide ongoing reports and analysis to clients, ensuring transparency on key metrics.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

    • Track performance metrics and work with clients to identify opportunities for growth.

    • Assist with QBR/ABR’s and strategic business development initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).

    • 4+ years of experience as the primary contact for clients.

    • 4+ years of eCommerce/Amazon experience, with a deep understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central.

    • Must have previous experience with Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central.

    • Excellent communication skills across all channels.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Compensation
    $90,000-$115,000 per year
