Role Overview:
As a Sr Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the technology division, serving as the bridge between software engineering teams and internal business units. You will work in a collaborative scrum/agile environment, managing a portfolio of 6 products and ensuring seamless communication and alignment of business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between software engineers and internal business units.
• Oversee the development and delivery of solutions for 6 key products.
• Ensure alignment with agile/scrum methodologies to optimize team performance.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a business analyst role, ideally within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of agile and scrum frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Open to candidates at both junior and senior levels with relevant experience.

Location: Atlanta - 4 days onsite/week, 1 day WFH
