Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Evaluating business processes, discovery & requirements gathering, process analysis & design, uncovering areas for improvement and the overall implementation of projects effectively.

Perform ongoing reviews of business processes, Gap analysis and develop optimization strategies.

Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and prepare useful reports.

Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories with acceptance criteria.

Document and maintain epics, features, and user stories, ensuring a seamless trace from scope through design, development, and testing.

Perform Functional & System Testing to ensure that user stories developed meet Acceptance Criteria.

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Control, lead, and coordinate with both technology & business teams located across different geographies.

Lead development processes.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, design of information systems programs and related business processes.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.

Excellent consulting experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.

Experience in supporting all phases of the software development life cycle

Proficiency with Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
