Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 Years of Experience in Eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating system requirements documents

8 Years of Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

8 Years of Experience in Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement

8 Years of Experience in Development of user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices

8 Years of Experience in Designing mockups/wireframes following UX best practices

5 years of experience in strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organization skills

5 years of Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software

3 years of Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines

Preferred:

3 years of experience with "Modern Requirements (Requirements Management Software)"

3 years of experience with Issue Tracking Software Atlassian Jira

2 years of experience working with TEA or another state/local education agency

1 year of experience Documented work experience in early childhood care and education

Specific Skills:

Strong business analysis techniques and documentation.

Requirement elicitation and stakeholder interviews.

Expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and user story development.

Business process re-engineering.

Wireframing and UX best practices.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira (preferred).
