Role and Responsibilities ● Sr. Business Analyst Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud ● Create user stories and document process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for customers. Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce or AppExchange products. Outstanding analytical skills to assist in research and problem solving of customer business needs ● Collaborate with Developers, QA and Business teams to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements ● Ownership of the project deadlines and management of meeting the specified timelines provided by project manager ● Participate in key meetings with Business teams including requirement sessions, workshops, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end user training ● Conducting training on Salesforce application to customer’s user base, increase adoption and engagement with Salesforce application ● Partner with project stakeholders and Business teams to prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support ● Possessing nimble, creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and customer mindsets Qualifications and Education Requirements ● 5+ years of experience working on software implementations ● 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce ● Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake and python a plus ● Hands on configuration work as well as managing project team members and external consultants ● Demonstrated ability to manage projects to a budget and scope ● Understanding of the capabilities of APEX and Visualforce ● Customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to excel collaborating in an Agile team environment. Desired Certifications ● Salesforce Admin Certification ● Snowflake SnowPro ● Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification ● Salesforce Consultant Certification, either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud ● Additional Clouds, such as Community Cloud, CPQ and others, a plus
