Role Description

This is a contract Senior Business Analyst role that requires an on-site presence in our Houston, TX office. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading complex business process analysis and translating business requirements into technical requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help to develop and implement solutions to drive business success.

• Qualifications
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Business Analysis: Experience in leading complex business process analysis and having knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and techniques.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Business Process: Ability to identify, document, and prioritize business processes and procedures. 
• Business Requirements: Ability to translate business needs into actionable, technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• PMP and CBAP certification is a plus.
