    Senior Business Development Manager

    We are a Chicago based Advanced Tier AWS Consulting Partner specializing in Enterprise Cloud Enablement and Application Modernization. We help our clients adopt and optimize cloud services to remove technical debt, prepare for growth, eliminate uncertainty, foster innovation, accelerate critical business initiatives, and become more efficient with their technology investments. The responsibility of the senior sales executive is vital to our growth and long-term success. We are focused on accelerating its sales funnel, and to drive awareness of our brand and capabilities to new prospective customers. The role will center around establishing and nurturing new relationships, increasing brand awareness, and seeking new growth opportunities by showcasing our unique value. The ideal candidate is an established tech sales hunter and will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing net new opportunities. This individual demonstrates all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically building net new relationships, and communicating effectively with “C” level individuals. The senior sales executive role is an excellent fit for those with experience selling complex IT consulting services, and consistently delivering results against quota.

    Duties and Responsibilities

     · Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

    · Continually build pipeline of new business.

    · Become an authority on AWS products and services and go-to-market strategies.

    · Maintain daily contact with prospective customers to facilitate net new engagement.

    · Demonstrate and sell value to key executive partners within net new accounts during dynamic and complex sales cycles.

    · Track, record, and report on all new business development activities, pursuits, and opportunities.

    · Utilize and manage internal CRM tools.

    · Manage active pipeline of opportunities with regular forecast updates.

     Qualifications, Education, Experience

     · Ability to open doors, and establish immediate credibility with client side representatives, and talk with confidence about company offerings.

    · 10+ years sales experience, preferably in information technology field.

    · Bachelor and/or Master’s degree preferred.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products, include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    · Candidate should be assertive and out-going, with excellent communication skills.

    · Strong presentation experience.
