    Position Overview

    Comfort Caregiver LLC seeks a self-motivated and charismatic Community Engagement and Marketing Specialist to expand awareness of our non-medical, in-home care services for seniors and drive referral growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key partners in our service areas, including nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, adult daycares, hospices, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and other senior care professionals.

    The ideal candidate has proven experience in community outreach, excels in networking, and is passionate about senior care. They must be a proactive go-getter, capable of independently identifying opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, and fostering meaningful connections that contribute to the company’s growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and grow referral sources.

    Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare facilities, senior organizations, and other key stakeholders.

    Actively seek new referral opportunities and manage relationships with referral partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

    Respond promptly to all service inquiries, educate potential clients on our services, and guide them through the onboarding process.

    Conduct research to identify trends in senior care needs, track marketing effectiveness, and refine strategies based on insights.

    Ensure smooth coordination between referral partners, clients, and our care team to provide seamless service.

    Represent Comfort Caregiver LLC at community events, health fairs, and networking gatherings to promote our services.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.

    Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to networking and relationship-building.

    Charismatic personality with strong communication and presentation skills to engage various stakeholders.

    Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for outreach and engagement.

    Ability to work independently and strategically drive referral growth.

    Passion for senior care and improving the lives of aging individuals.

    Reliable transportation to travel to community events, meetings, and referral sources.
