Key Responsibilities:

Organizing Events: Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events that enhance our residents' quality of life.

Researching Services: Identify and connect residents with valuable public services tailored to their needs.

Leasing Apartments: Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process with empathy and professionalism.

Collecting Rents: Ensure timely and accurate rent collection while maintaining positive relationships with our residents.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills, especially in working with senior citizens.

Previous experience in working with senior citizens (connecting them with social services)

(Preferably) Proven experience in apartment leasing and resident relations.

Proficiency with basic computer tasks

Organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
