We have been retained by our client, an established Engineering Firm in the greater Bentonville, AR area, to find a Senior Civil Engineer (PE). This role will oversee site and land development projects, lead design teams, and provide technical expertise while mentoring staff.

Duties:

• Lead the design and development of site and land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare engineering quantities, cost opinions, feasibility reports, and construction administration deliverables.
• Guide and mentor design teams in effectively utilizing Civil 3D and related design tools (surfaces, corridors, Hydroflow, SSA, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies, providing technical expertise and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Manage project tasks, coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 5-8 years of Civil Engineering experience
• Strong background in site and land development
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and design tools (surfaces, corridors, Hydroflow, SSA, etc.).
