Position Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineering Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and site development. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a Professional Engineering (PE) license in Pennsylvania. Additional state licensures, as well as expertise in various engineering disciplines such as oil and gas, water, wastewater, geotechnical, or environmental projects, will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering projects with a focus on site development.

Supervise and mentor engineering staff, providing guidance and support.

Execute projects within a multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring collaboration across teams.

Utilize advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and the MS Office Suite for project execution.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-resolution abilities.

Ensure compliance with company and client-mandated safety rules and practices.

Adhere to Drug & Alcohol Policies and successfully pass related tests as required.

Travel to project locations and between offices in Athens, Meadville, and Washington, PA, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).

Professional Engineering (PE) license in Pennsylvania (required).

A minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, including staff management experience.

Expertise in site development; experience in oil and gas, water, wastewater, geotechnical, or environmental engineering is beneficial.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated work ethic.
