    Status: Full-time

    Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000

This is an exciting opportunity to welcome a Client Service Associate to the team who will support the firm’s Wealth Advisor. The attributes that we are looking for in a teammate include:

    As a Client Service Administrator, you can expect to:

    • Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.
    • Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items that require her personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled and completed.
    • Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, coordinate the advisor’s calendar, keeping up to date on the advisor’s priorities, projects, goals, and timelines.
    • Develop and implement systems and processes, update and maintain CRM system.
    • Be the face of the firm, one of the first people that clients see when they come into the office.
    • Correspond and respond to client inquiries, document, and follow up.
    • Process investment and insurance service requests, open accounts, place trades and money movements, if licensed.
    • Provide support for marketing projects, coordinate client appreciation events, maintain practice marketing materials to compliance standards.
    • Produce client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.
    • Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
    • Provide planning and research support.
    • Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.
    • Continually strive to do the right thing the right way.

    Qualifications for this opportunity include:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial industry
    • Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not required
    • Must have good understanding of financial planning, investment advisory and insurance businesses
    • Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

    • Professionalism
    • Strong computer skills: experience in creating outstanding documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with eMoney and knowing Canva is a plus
