Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 80k/year - Allentown, PA

• Our client, a 100+ year old privately-held insurance agency in the Allentown, PA area is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. They provide insurance and risk management solutions in PA, NJ and a few others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the book’s largest & complex commercial accounts. Activities include renewal marketing, fielding questions and requests and coverage review, assisting the Producer and providing guidance to the Team’s Account Managers and assistants.
• Market new/renewals as needed for best coverage and pricing in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with producer/marketing manager in selecting new markets for submission and requesting quotes.
• Participate in negotiations with carriers for renewal quotes & analyzes quotes from carriers to determine appropriate recommendations.
• Interpret and evaluate policy terms to ensure adequate coverage for Client’s identified exposures
• Prepare loss summary analysis, policy changes, endorsements, audits, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years commercial insurance experience.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Transportation, construction, and hospitality risks knowledge preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 80k/year plus commission and bonuses.

• In office training period then hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote).
• 8am - 4:30pm work schedule.
