    We are a global leader in compliance and technology solutions for credit unions and other regulated industries. Our team is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Compliance Auditor to join us! This individual will play a key role in providing compliance audit services to credit unions and banks.

    Open to 100% remote candidates.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient compliance solutions, including comprehensive compliance audits, lending audits, deposit audits, BSA independent tests, ACH audits, website/social media reviews, and other relevant services.

    Complete audits successfully from beginning to end, ensuring conclusions are well-documented and supported.

    Schedule audits and audit kick-off and exit meetings, and provide ongoing client communication.

    Utilize Salesforce and other software to track client engagements and create efficiencies.

    Stay informed of current federal/state laws and regulations and other applicable rules for financial institutions.

    Interpret and communicate laws and regulations and provide solutions.

    Maintain current auditing tools, processes, and procedures that represent industry best practices and address regulatory changes.

    Collaborate with the Senior Director, Audit Services to develop and implement a business development strategy.

    Who You Are:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

    Credit union/banking and lending (consumer, mortgage, and/or commercial) experience required.

    Operational knowledge of credit unions/banks and audit procedures required.

    Knowledge of industry best practices related to audit execution.

    Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting credit unions and banks.

    Strong research, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

    Ability to develop strong rapport with clients.

    Excellent public speaking and business development skills.
