    Position Overview:

    T12 Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team on a PRN (as-needed-to-full-time basis) and provide expert-level technical and administrative oversight for software development and system analysis initiatives. This role ensures alignment with design specifications, user standards, and project schedules while enhancing system efficiency and reliability. The Senior Computer Analyst collaborates with program managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive successful implementation and optimization of business applications for large-scale or mid-tier computer systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership & System Analysis: Lead and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business applications and IT systems. Conducted in-depth system evaluations and proposed innovative solutions to enhance functionality and user experience. Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Develop and maintain system models, specifications, and data flow diagrams. Provide expertise in Database Management Systems (DBMS) and programming languages to optimize system performance.

    Project Management & Coordination: Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction. Facilitate communication between IT teams, business units, and external stakeholders. Coordinate and oversee major system installations and upgrades, making recommendations as needed. Prepare and present milestone status reports, system roadmaps, and technical briefings for executive teams and end users.

    Supervision & Team Development: Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and directions to technical support staff. Conducted performance evaluations and recommended professional development opportunities for team members. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required. Candidates with three (3) years of additional equivalent experience in a related field may substitute for the degree requirement.

    Experience:

    · Minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in system analysis, working independently or under general supervision on complex application challenges.

    · At least five (5) years of experience in business application analysis and design for large-scale or mid-tier computer or LAN-based systems.

    · Expertise in Database Management Systems (DBMS) and proficiency in various programming languages.

    · Knowledge of current data storage and retrieval methods to optimize system efficiency. Ability to formulate specifications for developers to support software design, coding, testing, and debugging processes.

    Preferred Skills & Competencies:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and deliver efficient system solutions.

    Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Experience with cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and IT governance frameworks is a plus.

    Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
