Job Description: This series provides computer engineering and computer systems analysis under
ES computer science and software engineering under CSD and CSS. The major difference between the domains is typically the real time, safety critical, safety of flight orientation of the ES domain and the administrative systems domain of CSD and CSS. These domains are related within the client and do overlap. For clarity, a computer scientist working in ES domains primarily focus on physical multiple sensor and communications systems, real time and safety of flight while the software engineer working in CSS would focus on database related workflow or administrative system.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Tableau. They will leverage advanced technical expertise to create data-driven applications, workflows, and dashboards that enhance business operations, while also ensuring that developed solutions are consistently maintained, optimized, and supported. This role demands a strong background in application development, process automation, business intelligence solutions, and a commitment to ensuring long-term performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications and workflows using PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Tableau.
Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver customized solutions that improve business performance.
Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Create intuitive and dynamic data visualizations and dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau.
Ensure seamless integration between SharePoint and other applications or systems.
Maintain and optimize deployed applications, ensuring they remain efficient, secure, and meet evolving business needs.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for developed solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
Write comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, system specifications, and process flows.
Stay current with advancements in the O365 suite and Power Platform, suggesting innovative solutions for continual improvement.
Additional Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using O365 suite, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Tableau.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of PowerBI for data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development.
Expertise in Power Automate for process automation and workflow design.
In-depth experience with SharePoint for content management and integration with other systems.
Strong proficiency with Tableau for creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
Familiarity with O365 ecosystem and cloud-based development environments.
Technical Writing: Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and enhance functionality of existing applications,
Minimum Qualifications: Education Qualifications: Engineering, math, and science degrees are required. For Human Factors Analysts: Psychology and related Human Factor specialized degrees are acceptable.
When supporting tasks that are Information Technology Systems Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Network Analysis/Design/Test, for the Senior and Senior Special Certification levels, any combination of degree, certification and relevant experience will be considered if the relevant experience requirement is satisfied.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with custom development using Power Apps or other low-code/no-code tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integrations.
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certifications are a plus
