The Senior Conflicts Analyst will manage conflict-of-interest searches and data integrity using the Firm's electronic systems, supporting the Client Information Manager and General Counsel's office with lateral attorney onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and analyze conflict searches using internal/external databases
- Generate and quality-check conflict reports
- Optimize department workflow and identify process improvements
- Provide guidance on conflicts and intake procedures
- Support records retention policy enforcement
- Assist with related projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in law firm conflicts/new business
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with database systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with IntApp Open Conflicts preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be available for occasional overtime. Position requires understanding of legal conflicts concepts, business intake processes, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
