    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to determine project needs
    • Conduct site visits for gathering necessary information for estimates
    • Analyze project plans and determine scope, costs, and materials required
    • Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for concrete projects
    • Work with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions and value engineering
    • Maintain records of project estimates and related communications
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and pricing

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
    • Minimum 3 years of construction estimating experience, ideally with concrete-focused projects
    • Proficiency in estimating software like Bid2Win, Bluebeam, or Planswift is an asset
    • Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
